Sirje Tolonen is a circus artist born in Ylitornio in Northern Finland. She first began dancing at the age of three and later on circus came along. She graduated from SaSak Circus Artist Education in spring 2020 and after that she continued to deepen her circus studies in Brussels in ESAC "École supérieure des arts du cirque" from where she graduated in summer 2023.

With her main discipline hula hoops she has developed her own style of hooping where she combines object manipulation with dance and movement. Her inspiration comes from emotional juggling and curiosity to playfulness. Along hoops she also does aerial hoop and acro dance.
